Role Description The Experienced Project Manager will lead and coordinate residential and subdivision projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Greater Brisbane Area and involves daily collaboration with consulting engineers, surveyors, soil testers, steel specialists, and construction teams.

Key responsibilities include developing project plans and schedules, managing resources and logistics, tracking progress, and overseeing inspections and quality checks.

The Project

Manager will communicate regularly with stakeholders,



prepare status reports, manage risks and issues, and support continuous improvement in project execution and compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Inspection processes, quality assurance, and compliance with building and safety standards.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordination of suppliers, transport, and site deliveries.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing construction or development projects, ideally within residential or subdivision environments.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to prioritize in a fast-paced in office setting.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software; understanding of Australian building codes and local regulations is advantageous.
