At Reflection Psychology Group, we believe the heart of good therapy is the relationship and the authentic secure connection between a client and practitioner. We're looking for three experienced psychologists who strongly share that belief: clinicians who value depth over quick fixes and who bring genuine presence, curiosity and care to their work with clients.

Reflection Psychology Group is a well-established Melbourne practice with a team of around 35 psychologists, supported by a wonderful and dedicated admin team. About you

You've been practicing long enough to know what kind of therapist you are, and you're looking for a practice where that is respected rather than managed. You're comfortable holding complexity, you work collaboratively with clients, and you care about doing the work well rather than just doing more of it. You'll also be someone who values contributing to the team, whether through peer consultation,



sharing your experience, or simply being a good colleague.

Essential requirements

- General registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist
- A minimum of 5 years' experience providing therapy to clients as a registered psychologist
- Current Medicare provider number (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Professional indemnity insurance and a current Working with Children Check
- A strong, reflective therapeutic practice and alignment with our values of authenticity, depth and care

Desirable

- Area of Practice Endorsement (e.g. Clinical, Counselling)
- Experience working with a diverse range of presentations and demographics.
