I’m looking for experienced section waiters to join our front-of-house team at Flaminia in Circular Quay — waiters who genuinely enjoy hospitality, take pride in seamless service, and know how to create a warm, polished guest experience from start to finish.

This role would suit someone who is confident managing their own section, comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment, and able to balance professionalism with genuine personality on the floor.

What we’re looking for

· Previous experience as a section waiter in a quality restaurant or premium hospitality environment

· Strong knowledge of service standards, floor flow, and guest engagement

· Confidence with food and beverage recommendations

· A calm, organised approach during busy services





· A team-focused attitude and clear communication style

· Genuine warmth, attention to detail, and pride in delivering excellent hospitality
