Based in Smeaton Grange (near Narellan/Camden), we are a reputable Residential Waterproofing company that work for several large builders, servicing South West/Western Sydney & surrounds, The Hills, The Hunter, Central Coast & Illawarra regions.

We are looking for motivated and skilled waterproofing applicators to join our team. Remedial works or previous tiling experience would be a great additional skill set but not essential.

Company vehicle will be provided once experience can be actively demonstrated.

Our employees are placed in a position of trust to complete all work to a high standard, without the need for micro-managing. The successful applicants, once competent in our methods, will be working largely independent with minimal supervision, so a high level of mutual trust, quality workmanship, time management and communication will be of utmost importance.

Essential criteria;

- Minimum 2 years of Waterproofing Experience
- Current Drivers Licence
- OHS General Induction Card
- Mobile phone

The successful applicant/s must also possess the following;

- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to Detail and take pride in their Workmanship




- Punctual with excellent time management
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Honest and reliable
- Initiative and attention to detail
- Navigational skills are a must
- Injury free and able to fulfil the physical demands of the role

Immediate start available A paid trial day will generally be scheduled prior to any letters of offer for a position. For successful applicants, it will be 3 months probation on a casual basis (with full time hours offered) and full time position available upon successful review post probationary period.
