About our new Restaurants: Noẽma & Wishbone Opening this November, Wishbone and Noẽma are two brand-recent restaurants from Lucas Collective, launching together within the newly renovated 435 Bourke Street building in Melbourne’s CBD. While each venue has its own distinct identity, both will bring a fresh energy to the city’s dining scene, with exciting food, great drinks and genuinely warm hospitality. What you can expect

- One-on-one interview with management
- Skills assessment (3-plate carry)
- Introduction to the managers and venues

*Must be available to attend on the 30th September at 10am-12pm or 2pm-4pm We’re looking for people who has:

- Waitstaff experience in an a la carte restaurant
- Ability to carry 3 plates
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail,



and time management skills
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in hospitality
- RSA or ability to obtain one
