PROPERTY MANAGER | $80–90K + SUPER Looking for a quality portfolio without the chaos? Take over an established 160–180 property portfolio across Ivanhoe, Fairfield, Greensborough & Northcote. The portfolio is in great shape, with no trust accounting, no leasing responsibilities and strong APM/Leasing support around you.

What's on offer?

- $80–90K + Super
- 9am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday
- 1 day WFH after probation
- 1 in 4–5 Saturdays + day off in lieu
- 2 Leasing/APM support staff
- Fortnightly PM training
- No trust accounting

About You: You'll have 2–3+ years PM experience, strong Victorian legislation/VCAT knowledge, an Agent's Representative Certificate and confidence managing a portfolio independently.
