Director of Music | Music Teachers | Instrumental Tutors

Geraldton Grammar School is seeking expressions of interest from passionate and suitably qualified music professionals to join our vibrant and growing music community.

Located in the heart of regional Western Australia, Geraldton Grammar School offers a comprehensive music education program across Kindergarten to Year 12. Our Instrumental Music Program (IMP) provides individual and small-group tuition, ensemble participation, and performance opportunities that inspire students to develop their musical talents and confidence.





We are inviting expressions of interest for current and future opportunities in the following areas:

Director of Music Program

We are seeking an experienced music educator and leader to oversee the strategic and operational delivery of our Instrumental Music Program. Responsibilities may include:

- Leading and developing the School's Instrumental Music Program.
- Managing tutor and ensemble timetables.
- Directing and supporting school ensembles and performances.
- Coordinating student enrolments, instruments, and resources.
- Building a culture of excellence, participation, and musical growth.

Music Teachers We welcome expressions of interest from qualified classroom music teachers capable of delivering engaging music education programs across primary and/or secondary year levels.

Instrumental Music Tutors

We are seeking skilled instrumental tutors across a range of disciplines, including:

- Piano
- Woodwind
- Brass
- Guitar and Bass
- Percussion and Drum Kit
- Voice
- Strings
- Other specialist instruments

Tutors may work with students through individual lessons, small group instruction, ensembles, and performance programs.
