Employment Opportunities – Tocumwal & surrounding Districts Pentarch Hay is pleased to announce that it is assessing the potential workforce in Tocumwal and surrounding communities as it commences planning for a new business focused on processing hay products, containerised grain and other bulk commodities.

We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from people interested in joining the operation across a range of roles. The expected commencement date is approximately Mid-October 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a local casual role for the up-coming Hay season.

Potential Production roles include:

- Press Operator
- Loader Operators (experience desirable)
- Forklift Operators (LF Licence essential)

What We’re Looking For:

- A positive attitude at work, whilst being reliable and punctual.
- A strong commitment to safety and proactive approach to risk mitigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment whilst maintaining a robust attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- High risk (LF) forklift licence and experience is highly advantageous.
- Front end loader experience is desirable.




- The ability to work effectively within a team environment and produce work to a high standard.

No prior hay experience is required for entry-level positions as full training will be provided.
