About The Role

Take ownership of the poly pipe fabrication process, work with precision, and help drive quality and efficiency across our operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and working in a rapid-paced environment where their contribution makes a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and follow job instructions, plans, and drawings accurately.
- Select the correct pipes and fittings for each job.
- Set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and correctly.
- Cut and prepare materials to the required specifications.
- Complete job documentation and quality checks.
- Inspect, clean, and prepare finished products for final inspection.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.

We are looking for someone who is practical, reliable, and takes pride in producing quality work. Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in fabrication, preferably in plastic, wood or steel fabrication.




- Basic welding, carpentry, or similar hands-on experience.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to measurements, accuracy, and detail.
- The ability to read and follow plans, drawings, and instructions.
- A current forklift licence (LF).
- A Certificate in butt and electrofusion welding and/or chainsaw operation would be highly regarded.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
