IT Support Officer - Brookvale based - up to $95K baseA well known, well regarded organisation, with a large user base.They are based in the Brookvale-Warringah area, and offer free parking on site.
There are also bus options nearby.The roleThe role is a mix of 1st and 2nd level tech support - most of the issues relating to password issues, connectivity problems, hardware & cybersecurity.The setting in Windows centric, and they run Active Directory and 365.
There is though also some Mac workThe IT team are high available & provide exceptional support to their user base.

Some commercial tech support experince,



ideally from a Windows settingSome IT certifications - probably a Cert IV or an IT Diploma.
