Job Description
Hunter Current England Health is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for community nursing across Raymond Terrace and Newcastle.
You will deliver person-centred care in clients' homes and clinics, manage wound care, compression therapy, and continence care, and support families through palliative care.
You'll coordinate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence at home.
You're a compassionate Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration, a NSW Driver Licence, and willingness to travel
