Job Description
Simonds Homes Melbourne Pty.
Ltd. is seeking a Sales Estimator for our Docklands head office.
The role focuses on preparing accurate estimates for knockdown rebuild and dual occupancy projects, delivering competitive pricing and robust client outcomes.
The ideal candidate has residential estimating experience, NC code knowledge, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
A tertiary estimating qualification is preferred and a team-oriented, detail‐driven approach is essential.
