Job Description

We are seeking experienced Precast Panel Caulkers, Grouters & Patchers to join our team at LA Caulking in Melbourne, VIC 3000. This is a full-time role and there are multiple positions available.

What you'll be doing n

n
- Caulking and sealing precast concrete panels to ensure a watertight and weather-resistant seal
n
- Grouting joints between precast panels to create a secure and seamless connection
n
- Patching and repairing any damage or defects in precast panels
n
- Collaborating with the construction team to coordinate work and meet project timelines
n
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
n

What we're looking for nn
- Relevant experience as a precast caulker, grouter or patcher, preferably in the construction industry
n
- Strong technical skills in the use of caulking guns, grout pumps, and other relevant tools and equipment
n
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
n
- Valuable problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address any issues that arise on the job
n
- Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
n




- White Card, EWP, own tools and own transport required.
