The Role n

As a Rear Lift Driver,



you'll be responsible for servicing commercial and industrial customers across allocated collection routes while maintaining high standards of safety, customer service and operational efficiency.

This role offers a combination of driving and hands-on work, making it ideal for drivers who enjoy staying active throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities n

- Operating Rear Lift collection vehicles
n
- Completing daily waste and recycling collection routes
n
- Performing pre-start and post-shift vehicle inspections
n
- Ensuring safe collection and transport of waste materials
n
- Providing professional customer service at collection sites
n
- Maintaining route schedules and service standards
n
- Completing required paperwork and electronic records
n
- Following all company safety and compliance procedures
n

What We're Looking For Essential nn
- Current HR Licence
n




- Previous heavy vehicle driving experience
n
- Strong safety awareness
n
- Reliable and professional attitude
n
- Good communication skills
n
- Ability to work early morning starts
n
- Physically capable of performing the duties associated with waste collection operations
n

Highly Regarded nn
- Rear Lift experience
n
- Waste management industry experience
n
- Front Lift, Hook Lift or Skip Truck experience
n
- Knowledge of Melbourne metropolitan areas
n
- Forklift Licence
n
