About the role

As Facility Manager, you'll take ownership of the operational and clinical performance of the home, leading a multidisciplinary team while ensuring exceptional care, compliance and financial sustainability.

Key responsibilities

Leading and developing a high-performing clinical and operational team

Driving resident-centred care and positive quality outcomes

Managing occupancy, budgets, workforce planning and financial performance

Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements





Building strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders

Creating a positive, engaged and accountable workplace culture

About you

An experienced Facility Manager looking for your next leadership prospect, or a commercially minded Clinical Care Manager with strong operational capability who is ready to step into a Facility Manager role

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements

Experience managing clinical operations, workforce performance and compliance

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, occupancy and resource management

Proven leadership, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills

A passion for delivering exceptional care while leading high-performing teams

Demonstrated leadership capability in managing large teams

Sound financial and operational management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
