About the roleand team

We have a new opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer to join our national Property & Projects practice, to be based in Brisbane.

Our Property & Projects team has approximately 120 team members nationally working across a diverse practice, including property, projects, environment and planning. With a wide-ranging client base across both the public and private sector, our national practice is a leader in real estate for significant property funds, social impact enterprises, institutional clients and the public sector.

You will work closely with partners and senior team member on:

- major transactions, including commercial and industrial acquisitions and sales;
- commercial leasing; and
- general commercial property transactions.

About you

You will ideally have the following skills and experience:

- at least 2 years of post-admission experience in property law;
- experience across general real estate law matters,



particularly property transactions;
- excellent technical and drafting skills; and
- strong analytical and legal research skills.
