The Opportunity

This hands-on leadership role puts you in charge of everything that keeps the store running like clockwork.

Leading a team of Retail Sales Assistants, you'll drive commercial results while shaping a team culture people genuinely want to be part of.

This role needs a manager who can develop and inspire their people, and the discipline to run a tight, commercially strong store.

What You’ll Do

- Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service.
- Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training.
- Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising.
- Create smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets.
- Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy in-store and locally.
