Infrastructure Supervisor

About the Role

The Infrastructure Supervisor is a key leadership position responsible for coordinating the maintenance, management and continuous improvement of Croydon Shire Council’s infrastructure assets, including buildings, facilities, staff housing, plant and fleet. Working closely with the Director of Infrastructure, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance programs, manage contractors and resources, and support the delivery of capital works and grant-funded projects. This diverse role combines operational leadership, project delivery, asset management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring Council’s infrastructure is maintained to a high standard and continues to meet the needs of the community.

What You Bring

You are a motivated and capable professional with experience in infrastructure, maintenance, engineering, construction, trade or a related technical field.



You bring strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, oversee contractors and coordinate projects from planning through to completion. You are an effective communicator who builds productive relationships with colleagues, contractors and community stakeholders. Your commitment to workplace health and safety, continuous improvement and customer service is complemented by sound problem-solving, budgeting and decision-making abilities.
