Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Tullamarine VIC

The Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AACCI) is seeking a Trade Services Coordinator to support Australian exporters and provide accurate, timely certification of Certificates of Origin and other trade documents. This role combines customer service, document review, record keeping and careful handling of official seals and confidential information.

You will be a key point of contact for members, exporters, freight forwarders and couriers.

Key responsibilities

Reviewing export documents and confirming they meet AACCI's certification requirements.

Checking exporter registrations, membership status and payments before processing documents.

Certifying and stamping Certificates of Origin and other trade documents in accordance with AACCI procedures.

Processing online export document approvals through an online portal (Training on how to use the platform will be provided).

Managing requests received by email and post, and meeting required turnaround times.

Keeping accurate,



current records in AACCI's CRM systems (Training on how to use the platforms will be provided).

Following up on expired exporter registrations and memberships.

Handling documents, seals and stamps securely, and maintaining confidential records.

Assisting with AACCI events (Off-site attendance might be required).

Providing support to the National Chairman and the Board of Directors when required.

Other duties supporting colleagues.

About you

Organised, attentive to detail and confident dealing with customers.

Can follow procedures consistently, manage competing requests and maintain accurate records.

Understand the importance of confidentiality.

Willing to undertake training in export certification and AACCI's systems.

Must comply with the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Procedures Manual for the issue of Documentary Evidence of Origin of Goods, and all AACCI policies covering OH&S;, privacy, and workplace conduct.
