A well-established food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join its site maintenance team in Cooma.

The role will suit an industrial electrician with robust fault-finding skills and experience across preventative maintenance, breakdown response and production equipment.

The Role

Electrical fault finding and breakdown response

Planned and preventative maintenance

Maintenance of motors, sensors, controls and production equipment

Work with VSDs, MCCs and associated electrical systems

Support plant reliability and continuous improvement

Work closely with production to minimise downtime

Assist with supervision of an experienced electrical apprentice when required

Roster

Monday to Friday

38 hours per week

Day and afternoon shifts

Occasional Saturday maintenance work

What We’re Looking For

Industrial maintenance experience

Strong electrical fault-finding skills

Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience

Experience with motors, controls, VSDs and production equipment

Food, meat, beverage or other manufacturing experience highly regarded
