My Guardian is seeking a compassionate NDIS Home Care Worker to provide morning care for a participant in Umina Beach. You will blend home care with community participation and use positive behaviour support strategies to build trust and routines.

The role requires empathy, reliability, and the ability to adapt schedules while ensuring client dignity and safety. Shortlisting will occur for suitable candidates who meet care qualifications.
