We're seeking a Seasonal, Casual Customer Care Officer to support our centre team through to January 2027. Based in Hervy Bay, this role offers up to 25 hours per week. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

We're Looking For

Customer focused team members who love delivering excellent service and creating positive experiences for customers, retailers and the community.

What You'll Do

You'll be the friendly face of our centre, supporting the Customer Care Desk, answering enquiries, assisting with promotions, gathering customer feedback and helping create a welcoming centre environment. You'll work closely with centre teams, retailers and contractors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Experience & Skills That Count

- Customer service, retail, hospitality or reception experience.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Good organisational and administration skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.

- Availability to work weekends, public holidays and extended trading hours.
