Job Description
JLE Group Manufacturing & Hire based in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Workshop Fabrication Supervisor to lead our fabrication team in delivering structural steel, skids and related assemblies.
You will ensure drawings, specs and quality requirements are met while maintaining safety and production schedules.
You will mentor apprentices, coordinate workloads, and work closely with Engineering and Project teams to optimise workshop performance and profitability.
