About the company

A well-established NSW fire protection specialist is growing its passive fire team. They look after healthcare, commercial, strata and industrial sites, and they're looking for an experienced Fire Door or Passive Fire Technician to join them.

The role

- Inspect, repair and maintain fire doors and passive fire systems across a mix of sites
- Carry outdoor repairs and remediation, including hardware, seals, closers and frames
- Complete accurate inspection and defect reporting to AS1851 requirements

About you

- Proven experience in fire door inspection and repair and/or passive fire protection
- Knowledge of AS1851 and relevant passive fire standards
- A carpenter background with fire door experience will also be considered
- A current driver's licence and a valid White Card
- Positive communication, and pride in your workmanship
