In the role of Client Director, Professional Services, you will lead a highly specialised portfolio of legal and insolvency customers, where deposits, transactional banking and liquidity solutions are central to customer value. Working closely with the Business Banking Executive, you will help shape and execute strategy, provide day-to-day leadership across the team and act as an alternate point of escalation. Each day,you’llgoaboveandbeyondto:

- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of high-value legal and insolvency customers, delivering tailored deposit, transactional, liquidity and lending solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and referral partners,identifynew businessopportunitiesand represent Professional Services internally and externally.
- Partner with the Business Banking Executive to shape and execute business strategy, drive collective scorecardoutcomesand support the growth of the broader portfolio.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to colleagues,



while acting as an alternate escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Use customer and industry insights to improve processes, removecomplexityand create practical solutions that deliver better customer outcomes.
- Maintain a strong focus on financial crime, operational and credit risk, portfolioqualityand sustainable profitability.

- Seasoned business banking or relationship management experience supporting complex professional or commercial customers.
- Experience within legal or insolvency banking would be highly regarded. If you have not worked directly in insolvency, you will bring strong experience across deposit and lending solutions for professional services customers.
- Strong commercial acumen, credit capability and knowledge of transactional banking,depositsand liquidity management solutions.
- A solutions-focused and customer-obsessed mindset, with the influence, judgement and credibility to lead through others, build followership and role modela strong teamculture.
- Strong business development expertise and the ability to identify, originate and convert new opportunities.
- Demonstrated success building and deepening executive-level client relationships.
