We’re dedicated to enhancing comfort, improving energy efficiency, and promoting sustainable living through premium insulation technology sourced globally and delivered locally.

We are recruiting suitably experienced applicants to join our Operations Team in the role of Installer Technicians. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the protected and efficient operations of the Yetifoam installation equipment and mobile plant.

The Role:

- Liaise with customers to coordinate arrival, site access and manage expectations for a safe and effective installation
- Assess each site on arrival for relevant risks and hazards
- Unload all necessary equipment at each job site including tools, hoses and protective equipment
- Apply YetiFoam insulation ensuring seamless, high quality coverage
- Train and mentor junior staff on safe and effective techniques
- Conduct quality control checks, verifying foam thickness, adhesion, curing, and compliance with specifications
- Conduct any on-site maintenance of equipment as required
- Coordinate post installation activities, such as ventilation, site cleanup and reporting in online CRM

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required for the role include:

- Previous experience in semi / skilled labour is essential (e.g. spray painting, pest control, sandblasting, concreting, insulation, plumbing or general labouring)
- Experience in spray application, with a strong focus on Graco equipment is an advantage
- Good communication, organisational and time management required.
- Must be able to demonstrate a high level of competency in the operation of hand tools and power tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team, coordinate job site activities, and train junior technicians in equipment handling and safety procedures.
- Current driver’s licence is essential
- Medium Rigid Licence is desirable (can be obtained during training)
- Licenced forklift driver certificate is desirable
