Job Description

OTTICO Equipment, the Albury factory behind SPITWATER, seeks a Training, Development & Workplace Health and Safety Lead to own the LMS end‑to‑end and drive practical safety on the factory floor and in workshops across NSW, QLD and VIC.

You’ll coach managers, develop training content, and partner with technicians to create usable SOPs and secure work procedures that everyday staff actually follow.
