Due to growth in our business and a pipeline of exciting projects, we are currently seeking aMarket Leaderfor ourVictoriaoffice.

In this senior leadership role, you will drive strategic direction, market influence and operational performance for the Defence & Security business. You will:

- Lead a large and diverse team, guiding and coaching a varied senior leadership cohort.
- Set a compelling vision, communicate expectations consistently and motivate teams to deliver results.
- Identifyand developemergingleaders, strengthening capability and building strong succession pipelines.
- Foster ahigh-performanceculture centred on accountability,collaborationand excellence
- Translate national corporate strategy into clear, actionable initiatives fortheand theVictorian Market,



with measurable outcomes.
- Providestrategic insights and influence at a national leadership level to shape business priorities.
- Build andmaintainstrong networks across the Defence, Water, Transport and Energymarkets, including industry bodies, government, major clients,contractorsand partners.
- Drive growth and profitability for theDivisioninVictoria, with direct accountability for revenue and margin performance.
- Oversee operational delivery, ensuring excellence,efficiencyand strong client satisfaction.

About You

You are a strategic,people centredleader who brings commercial acumen, strong marketpresenceand a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes. You will bring:

- Tertiary qualifications inEngineering or related field
- Proven leadership experience in Defence, Water, Transport or Energyor a closely aligned sector.
- Strong ability to translate strategy into practical action, witha track recordof delivering measurable results.
- Deep understanding of the DefenceWater, Transport and Energymarket landscape, trends,challengesand opportunities
- Demonstrated capability in building trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders,partnersand industry bodies.
- Experience leading large, diverse teams with an emphasis on coaching,developmentand uplifting capability.
- A collaborative leadership style that buildshigh-performance,accountableand engaged teams.
- Strong commercial and operational skills, including business planning, financialoversightand performance management.




- A proactive,solutions focusedmindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive positive change.
