Looking for a rewarding administration role with one of Australia's leading wine companies?

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Grower Services Administration Officer to join our team in Yenda. In this diverse role, you'll support grower services, transport coordination, and winery operations while building strong relationships with growers and key stakeholders. Duties include maintaining grower records, coordinating communications, supporting transport administration, and assisting with vintage operations.

What you'll be doing:

- Managing grower records, contracts and databases
- Responding to grower enquiries and coordinating communications
- Supporting transport administration and invoice processing




- Assisting with grape receivals and vintage administration
- Liaising with growers, transport providers and winery teams
- Supporting weighbridge administration and reporting activities

What you’ll bring:

- Previous administration experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems
- Flexibility to work additional hours during vintage periods

Successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
