We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to manage the operations and performance of a portfolio of retail centres across the South West. Based in Bunbury, you’ll work closely with our local team and receive solid support from our Perth Head Office.

Some regional travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee building operations, installations and systems
- Manage service contracts
- Conduct regular building inspections
- Respond to incidents and after-hours emergencies
- Coordinate contractor inductions




- Ensure compliance with OH&S; regulations
- Monitor building systems for energy efficiency

About You

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong relationship‑building, communication and organisational skills
- Self‑motivated and mature‑minded
- Knowledge of Australian Standards, Building Codes and OH&S; legislation
