We’re looking for a reliable Factory Hand to join our cabinetry manufacturing team in Queanbeyan. Most of your time will be spent working on an edge banding machine, with training provided. You’ll also help with other factory duties as needed.

What you’ll do

- Operate the edge banding machine after training
- Handle and check cabinetry panels before and after edge banding
- Help prepare, check and pack cabinetry components
- Keep your work area clean and follow safety instructions
- Assist with other factory duties as directed

What we’re looking for

No factory experience is required. We’ll train you on the job. You’ll need to be reliable, pay attention to detail, work well with others and be comfortable with physical work, including standing and handling cabinetry panels throughout the day.

Applicants must be available to work the full 38 hours each week and have the legal right to work those hours in Australia.
