Custom Boxes is a well-established, family-owned manufacturer in Gregory Hills. We make custom corrugated cardboard packaging in any size, quantity and print for businesses across a wide range of industries.

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Factory Hand to join our production team on a casual basis, with regular work available Monday to Friday. You'll help make, finish and pack custom boxes, from short runs to larger orders. Full days are 7:30am–3:30pm, and school-hours shifts are available for the right person.

What you'll do

Production

- Run and assist on production machinery with full training
- Set up jobs using job sheets and measurements
- Keep production moving and meet daily targets

Finishing and packing

- Fold and glue boxes by hand where needed
- Count, bundle, label and pack finished orders
- Wrap pallets and prepare orders for dispatch

Quality and housekeeping

- Check finished work against job specifications before it leaves the factory
- Report issues with machines, materials or quality to your supervisor
- Keep your work area clean, safe and organised

About you No packaging experience needed. We'll fully train the right person. You'll:

- Be reliable and punctual, with a robust work ethic




- Pay attention to detail and take pride in quality work
- Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods
- Work well in a team and follow safety procedures
- Be able to read and follow written job instructions

Highly regarded

- Previous factory, manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Machine operation experience
- A current forklift licence
