The Role A great career opportunity has arisen for a family law practitioner with 3 years' PQE to join our Family Law team in Sydney. You will be working alongside a team of industry leading professionals, with added support from our national Family Law practice which includes teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide with continued expansion.

You will be working alongside Martina Storgato where you'll be representing clients on a wide range of matters including divorce and separation, property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements, family violence, child support, and spousal maintenance. You will also act in both alternative dispute resolution (e.g. mediations and settlement conferences) and litigated disputes.

Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' PAE from a recognised practice; you will have strong client skills and a passion for Family Law. You will enjoy offering excellent client service and have a proven track record in producing client-focused outcomes. The successful candidate will have a compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients.

Ideally, you will have Specialist Accreditation and/or a Masters degree in Family Law.
