We’re looking for a Mid to Senior Fashion Designer to support the creation of a capsule collection for an exciting new venture in the understated luxury space.

You are a fit if you:

- Are passionate about the design process and have a robust eye for detail and finishes.
- Have experience in understated fashion design, preferably for high-end brands.
- Have experience working with natural fibres, their characteristics and how they perform within different applications.
- Have experience with natural activewear fabrics, their characteristics and how they perform within different applications.
- Have experience with technical performance finishing treatments (preferred, but not mandatory).

The Process:
- You will be given a brief centred around the brand’s image and value proposition.
- You will have the creative freedom to explore different directions within the brief.
- Active and ongoing alignment on the style, purpose and creative direction will be expected.

The Expectations:




- Development of design mood boards and detailed stylistic direction.
- Development of concept sketches, with a strong focus on design details.
- Selection of fabric typologies according to style and purpose.
- The initial scope of work will include a set of bottoms and tops for both male and female (4 pieces in total). We are open to discussing additional garments as the project develops.
- Possibility to proceed with the technical package TBD.

Project details:
- This is a project-based role, with flexibility to work remotely, from overseas, or from our Sydney office.
- The expected duration of the project is approximately 4 weeks, with scheduled interim reviews throughout the process.
