Key Duties

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals, coffee and other beverages to tables
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Process EFTPOS and POS transactions
- Assist with takeaway orders
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas
- Restock cutlery, glassware, condiments and service stations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, barista and other FOH staff
- Check on customers during their meals and respond promptly to requests
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Support the team during busy breakfast and lunch services

About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has a positive and qualified attitude
- Is confident communicating with customers
- Is reliable, punctual and well presented
- Can work efficiently in a busy environment
- Is comfortable working as part of a team




- Has good attention to detail
- Is available for weekday and weekend shifts
- Has previous café or restaurant experience — preferred but not essential
- Holds a current RSA — advantageous
