Description

Summary: We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and patient Female Support Worker to support a participant living in Dural who is looking to build a positive, trusting, and consistent relationship with their support worker.

Location: Dural

Shifts Available:

- Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

Preferred Support Worker:

- Female
- Non-smoker
- Clear English speaking
- No visible tattoos

Support Requirements:

- In-home support and domestic assistance
- Personal care
- Community access and transport




- Support tailored to the participant’s needs, including assistance related to legal blindness and spinal issues

Significant Requirements:

- Must be a non-smoker
- Clear English communications skills
- No visible tattoos
- Must have a suitable vehicle (sedan, hatchback, or appropriate van). SUVs and other high vehicles are not suitable due to accessibility requirements when getting in and out of the vehicle.
- Reliability and consistency are essential, as the participant has experienced cancellations and unreliable support in the past
