Anchor & Aim Support Services is seeking a female employment mentor to support a young adult NDIS participant in Rowville who is pursuing employment in the beauty and lash industry.
The role includes
One-to-one, face-to-face employment support.
Building confidence and workplace readiness.
Creating a lash portfolio and approaching salons.
Assistance with applications and interviews.
Support towards future self-employment.
Versatile availability is essential, as sessions will be arranged around the participant’s changing work roster.
Applicants must have experience supporting young adults with disability, relevant qualifications, an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, First Aid/CPR, a driver’s licence and an insured vehicle.
