Location: Winter Valley, near Ballarat VIC

Position: Female Support Worker

Positions Available: 2

Hours: 4 hours per day, 7 days a week

More Hours: Opportunity to increase hours for the right support worker

We are urgently seeking two reliable and compassionate female Support Workers to support a female participant in Winter Valley, near Ballarat.

Main Responsibilities

- Personal care and daily living support
- Community access and participation
- Supporting the participant to attend appointments, activities and community outings
- Providing respectful, person-centred support
- Building a positive and professional relationship with the participant

We Are Looking For
- Female Support Worker
- 30+ years of age
- Reliable, punctual and compassionate




- Previous experience in personal care/support work preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Ability to work 7 days a week
- Relevant NDIS screening/checks and required documentation

Regular ongoing shifts available Potential for additional hours for the right candidate
