Peel Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Final Trim GPS Operators for an immediate FIFO opportunity.

We are looking for

- D10 Dozer Final Trim GPS Operator
- 40T Excavator/Digger Final Trim GPS Operator

About the Role

- FIFO from Perth
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster
- ASAP mobilisation
- Ongoing FIFO opportunity
- Working within a civil/mining setting
- Final trim and detailed earthworks using GPS machine control systems

Key Duties

D10 Dozer Operator

- Operating a D10 Dozer safely and efficiently
- Completing final trim works to required specifications
- Working accurately using GPS machine control
- Cutting and trimming to design levels
- Bulk and detailed earthworks
- Completing daily pre-starts and basic machine inspections

40T Excavator Operator

- Operating a 40T Excavator/Digger
- Completing detailed and final trim excavation
- Working to levels and designs using GPS
- Trenching, batter work and detailed earthworks as required




- Maintaining accuracy while working around existing infrastructure and other machinery
- Completing daily pre-starts and equipment checks

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience operating a D10 Dozer and/or 40T Excavator
- Strong final trim experience is essential
- Previous experience using GPS machine control systems
- Previous mining or civil construction experience
- Relevant tickets for machinery operated
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
- Ability to provide required site documentation
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Reliable and available to mobilise ASAP

We are looking for experienced operators who are confident working to tight tolerances and can hit the ground running. Pay: From $28.02 per hour
