About the role

You will be responsible for painting and finishing works associated with room and bathroom renovations within a FIFO mining environment, working a 7:7 FIFO roster.

Key responsibilities

- Surface preparation, patching and sanding

- Painting walls, ceilings, doors, frames and trims

- Applying primers, sealers and finishing coats

- Completing touch-ups and final finishes

- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship

- Working alongside other trades to meet project schedules

- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work area

About you

- Certificate III in Painting and Decorating

- Previous painting and renovation experience

- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

- Ability to work effectively within a team

- Commitment to safe work practices

- Ability to work a 7 days on / 7 days off FIFO roster

- Previous FIFO and/or mining industry experience is desirable
