Skills & Experience

- Strong experience working with HDPE pipe, fittings and dewatering infrastructure.
- Installation and maintenance of dewatering bores, pumps, hoses and associated systems.
- Experience welding HDPE using McElroy, Dixon, Worldpoly and Ritmo machines.
- Experience welding pipe from 225mm up to 1200mm, including large-diameter pipe.
- Able to work unsupervised, read drawings and work to project schedules.

- Experience operating excavators, loaders and telehandlers.
- Previous Leading Hand / Site Supervisor experience highly regarded.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Poly Welder.
- Proven experience welding HDPE up to 900mm + on McElroy, Dixon, Ritmo, Worlpoly machines.

- Robust experience with large-diameter HDPE welding and dewatering applications.




- Installation and maintenance of dewatering bores, pumps and associated infrastructure.
- Experience with butt fusion, fittings, tie-ins and associated poly works.

- HDPE Butt Welding Ticket - within 2 years
- Current Construction Industry White Card.

- Current Driver's Licence
- HR Licence - Desirable
- HRWL – DG/CN/C6 - Desirable

- Mobile Plant Tickets – Excavator, IT Loader, Telehandler, Skid Steer - Desirable
