About the role

We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our team at Silverthorne Earthmoving pty ltd' in karratha, WA. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of roads, infrastructure, and other earthworks projects.

What you'll be doing

- Operate final trim graders to shape and smooth earthen surfaces to precise specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and pre-start checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Collaborate with the wider project team to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines
- Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Assist with other construction duties as required

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator in the construction industry
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating final trim graders and other heavy earthmoving equipment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight tolerances
- Good communication and teamwork skills




- Commitment to safety and environmental best practices
- Relevant certificates and licences (e.g. HR driver's licence, high-risk work licence)
