Role Purpose

Lead Finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and compliance with company policies, IFRS, SOX, and local tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Business Analysis teams.
- Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting and financial analysis.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and operational performance; provide financial advice to management.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX, internal controls, and local tax requirements.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and tax authorities.
- Partner with Mine Site Operations to strengthen cost control and financial management.
- Drive continuous improvement and support Finance team development.




- Report to Zijin HQ.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and auditing.
- Experience with financial and payroll systems.
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work in a rapid-paced operational environment.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
