Job Description
ZSoft Technologies in Canberra is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to take an incompletely documented legacy application, understand how it actually operates and convert that knowledge into a transparent, deliverable modernisation backlog.
This is an application delivery BA role, not policy or general transformation.
You will lead application and process discovery, assess Access DB, SharePoint, spreadsheets and legacy applications, and document current-state processes, pain points and business rules.
