Experienced Packaging Sales Professional Wanted

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the packaging industry to join our team in Ingleburn.

This is a hands‑on sales role for someone who knows the packaging industry inside and out, is confident developing new business, and can build and maintain strong long‑term customer relationships.

You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, identify new opportunities and take ownership of both business development and existing accounts.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Securing new business opportunities
- Managing and growing an existing client portfolio
- Building strong, long‑term customer relationships
- Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate packaging solutions
- Preparing quotes, negotiating pricing and closing sales
- Managing accounts from initial enquiry through to ongoing service
- Maintaining strong customer service and meeting agreed SLAs
- Developing new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Keeping up to date with packaging products, trends and industry developments
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered

About You

To be successful in this role,



you will have:

- Minimum 3-5 years' sales experience within the packaging industry
- Extensive knowledge of packaging products, applications and solutions
- A proven track record in business development and new client acquisition
- Strong account management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
- The confidence and drive to pick up the phone, open doors and win new business
- A commercially minded approach with a strong focus on achieving sales results
- The ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline and accounts
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail

You will be someone who understands that successful sales is about more than simply making a sale — it’s about understanding the customer, finding the right solution and building relationships that last.
