Anglicare Southern Queensland are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications team based in Fortitude Valley.

n

The Marketing Specialist will develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and local area marketing programs across designated service areas. This role plays a key part in building brand awareness, promoting Anglicare's services and supporting organisational objectives.

How you will help make a difference n

n
- Develop, implement and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media and other marketing channels.
n
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective marketing and communications plans.
n
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using insights to optimise future marketing activities.
n
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand standards, messaging and strategic priorities.
n
- Create high-quality, client-centred content for websites, social media, digital marketing, print publications and promotional materials.
n
- Coordinate the production of marketing assets, including photography, video and creative content.
n
- Support local area marketing initiatives, events and community engagement activities.
n
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide responsive, solution-focused marketing advice.
n
- Manage multiple marketing projects and competing priorities to deliver agreed outcomes.
n




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, team collaboration and professional practice.
n

What you will bring to the role n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Events or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
n
- Current Queensland Driver Licence.
n
- Current National Police Check or Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
n
- Solid marketing or brand experience in a related field.
n
- Experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns within budget and to deadline.
n
- Demonstrated experience in long and short-form copywriting.
n
- Experience coordinating local area marketing programs, including events.
n
- Experience working within brand guidelines to maintain consistency across channels.
n
- Experience briefing and coordinating creative and media agencies.
n
- Competence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Canva.
