Job Description

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to provide in-home assistance across Brisbane and surrounding areas. You’ll spend time building rapport with clients, delivering personal care, transport and social support, with shifts available Monday to Sunday and flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates have NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain), current First Aid, and a commitment to a minimum of 10 hours per week. Join a supportive team making a real difference in clients’ lives.
