Wellways is looking for a compassionate Vocational Navigator to support carers transitioning into work and volunteering in Gladstone. The role focuses on ongoing one-on-one support, goal setting and pathway planning with the aim of boosting employment outcomes for carers.

The successful candidate will have a background in career coaching or vocational counselling, solid communication skills, and an understanding of carers' unique return-to-work challenges.
