This is an prospect to step beyond traditional financial analysis and play a key role in investment and project decision-making.

As a Financial Analyst, you will provide insightful financial analysis, modelling and commercial advice across infrastructure projects, capital developments and property acquisitions. Your work will collaborate with senior leaders understand the financial opportunities, risks and long-term value behind major investment decisions.

Working alongside experienced finance and business professionals, you’ll have the opportunity to turn numbers into meaningful insights and help shape decisions that have a lasting impact.

Responsibility

- Analyse the financial viability of infrastructure projects and property acquisitions.
- Prepare financial modelling, analysis and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
- Provide clear financial recommendations and reports to senior leaders and key decision-makers.
- Support major capital projects with financial advice, analysis and risk identification.
- Review financial performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Develop and monitor strategies to strengthen financial performance.
- Maintain accurate financial forecasts and budget information within reporting systems.
- Work closely with the Budgets and Reporting Team on capital planning and financial reporting.
- Provide broader financial support when required, including payroll,



reconciliations, month-end, budgeting and reporting.

Skills and Experience You’ll be a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical skills and the confidence to turn complex financial information into clear, practical advice. You may also come from a strong banking or financial services background where you have developed excellent financial analysis and commercial decision-making skills.

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance, with CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) desirable.
- Experience in management accounting, financial analysis or financial planning.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A commercially focused approach and the ability to look beyond the numbers.
- Valid Working with Children or willing to obtain
