Our client is a well-established project management consultancy delivering high-quality commercial fit out and workplace projects across a diverse client portfolio. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Fit Out Project Manager to join their team.

This role will see you take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from project establishment through to handover and closeout. You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple fit out projects at various stages of delivery
- Develop and maintain project delivery plans, programmes and budgets
- Prepare monthly project reports, cost forecasts and risk registers
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead tendering processes including RFP preparation, scope writing and contract negotiations
- Chair project meetings and ensure timely communication of actions and outcomes
- Review and manage project variations, approvals and cost reporting
- Drive value engineering and buildability reviews to optimise project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements




- Manage project close-out activities including financial, contractual and operational handover documentation
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business

About You

- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience delivering commercial fit out projects
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and contract administration
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, programmes and stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and project management systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a quick-paced environment
